The dataset is a structured extract from the Czech ARES commercial register (Veřejný rejstřík). ARES exposes an official JSON API, so the file follows the public VR record rather than a scraped HTML page.
You get company identity, statutory bodies, shareholders, registered capital, addresses and historical registry entries. Filters such as legal form or region can be applied before delivery.
